Identity is the image of Individuality; I believe everybody knows that in this Globalization context. Today, we all stand at a stage where change encompasses challenges & collaboration. Adaptability, towards new climax is matter of advancement, which we will take us to a new height. In this Hi-Fi environment with Wi-Fi approach, things are getting pretty constructive & faster. It’s on our hand how we can Design a route for ourselves which will define our bonding with a broader market purview, rise against all Odds & carve a niche. It totally depends on, what we will do? How it is going to work out? Where it leads to? that will create a solution for sustainability. There are people who choose exceptional journey as compared to the masses being part of World Class Institutions/Organizations. “ Bill Gates”- Microsoft, “ Mark Zuckerberg”- Facebook, - both are HARVARD Drop-Outs, but categorize a Brand not only for Themselves but for their Concepts which connects Billions voices. The Question is “Why they have done that”- is that for Entrepreneurship only that they are passionate about or it includes some more Aspects? Well, I believe it’s about the “IDEA & The IMPACT of It”, that will construct a whole new world of Engaging & Exploring, doing innovative things with an intellectual inclusive capitalism. Create our mark in this ever changing competitive era; it’s a matter of complex process powered by Out of Box thinking that leads to Identity/ Image. Here are some steps which can strengthen our proposition but, not limited to that only:-
      --- Realize Your Potentiality:
What is that we need to achieve in our Life & also the How part which will find a solution centric atmosphere that will gear us for real results.

     --- Do the Homework Right:
Adapt a process of learning & listening followed by investing more time into understanding the pros & cons of results oriented ballgame.

  --- Consistently Collaborating with Challenges:
 It drives the passion to take calculative risks & update ourselves according to time & respond to change compass which are meaningful & pays in the long run.

     --- Solution for Sustaining the Future:
Constantly look for new avenues to breakthroughs gives ample amount of ideas that will define a completely new canvas of creating a broader fruitful future.

We, as Individuals/ Professionals needs to categorize our expectations, as the journey for achievement moves ahead, but it’s on our mission “How innovatively we have invested for ourselves?” – That will have an Imaginary Impeccable Identity- Just love, leverage & level--- you.

Excellence in Performance- OR- Encouragement for Admissions???....

Industrialization is @ a stage of Innovation, which gives a go-getter outlook for change & adaptability towards emerging opportunities. Education seems to define more empowering engagement to produce some of the best talent that can tackle the complexity of Collaborative world. Individuals/Professionals are looking for Market/Industry Friendly curriculum, for better employment & enterprising options. Due to that Competition among B Schools/ Management Institutions are becoming very diverse & distinguished, which measures the base for Institution Building. Now, days, we can see some of the Best Brand/Names, who are well established –or- completely New Brand/Names entering into the Business of B –Schools or Scaling up/Expanding. My only questions to that particular model is “Why they are becoming so impatience/impractical to this ever changing market/business scenario.” Yeah, I do agree – that we need to move along with time from Individual/Institution’s point of view to accept openness/ learnings towards globalizations & accommodate the increasing population. So, can anybody tell me that --- “Do U think building lavish INFRA- with Modernization Facility, ultimately leads to Globalization's”?? .” I might be completely wrong also- but I believe as far as my experience are concerned , its not the Infrastructure , that alone define B School’s Branding, there are many more Multiple Options which goes on in a B School’s Ranking classifications. The Most Important drivers are “Intellectual Capital/ Resources (People Proposition- Teaching/ Non-Teaching) that nurture the environment of a B School, which develop/design an culture for Innovation, R & D, Entrepreneurship, Decision & Analytical Skills, Social & Interpersonal skills, Corporate Relations, etc. If u categorizes some of the Names who are expanding or New Names who are entering, everybody will find that all that necessity/needs are missing, the only thing present is Hi-Fi Architecture with Wi-Fi connectivity, not so well concerned about World Affairs. – The solution to that perspective is – Encouragement for admission & less insights for Excellence, to increase the nos. of seats on y-to-y basis, thereby produce some of the Non-employable Graduates who are de-aligned with Industry/ Market expectations, probably employed also, but unable to breakthrough in Challenging/Tough times, because of their Foundation which are limited by nature & less inclined towards Risk appetite.  Think/ Analyze IIMs model, over these years, couple of Young IIMs have launched, but we will not find even a single existing IIMs are expanding – WHY , SO?? – because the model permits Build on Single Platform in relation to Time for Sustaining the Future of Management Education in collaboration with Industry/Market Mantra. Where as Existing/ Established Names are expanding with High End back-ups, continuing for some years as long as Capital permits. than slowly shutting down due to lack of resources apart from surroundings acres of land. Well, the B schools ( Non-IIMs category) are fail to understand/ analyze about their Identity in the near future, where they are heading towards, thereby focusing on Oldest Model of expansion ( Branch/ Chapter style in respected geography), without studying/researching about the New Upcoming Ones. My Only suggestions to them is – “ Realize the Potentiality of Technology/ Internet which are interfering at every step of our society, followed by grounding with challenges of change world & mobilize the mobile oriented consumer compass which leads to Creative Plans. Lastly, only Expansion is not the solution for admission, it needs to embedded with excellence for delivering differently so B Schools have to develop their Quality Quotient (QQ).

Most of the Organizations/ Institutions are running completely in a Traditional Hierarchical Structure despite operating in a Highly Technologically empowered globalization. Except a Few Ones who are defining breakthroughs in their business model are able to sustain or survive in the coming trends.  Due lack of acceptability towards change & unwillingness to adapt technological interface & emerging escalation, a good number of Institutions/Organizations are taking advantage (Exploit) Individuals/professionals.  As a result of that individuals are not in a position to define a dared decisions to create a concrete canvas for them, the reason for that is Dependency, whether for cost, limited opportunity, no learning or experiential engagement, less of knowledge, fear of hardworking/smart work, economic insecurity, liability factor, etc or may be many more issues which are uncountable. Let’s have a look on some criteria how Institutions/Organizations are taking advantage of Individuals which are not constructive from career/growth point of view:

a)      Not allowing flexibility towards Innovation, ideas for exploration /implementations.
b)  Pressurizing on deliverables based on traditional model/ structures which are outdated/ not acceptable.
c)   Reporting system/Reports to bosses which are just old school model, not to open to changes or challenges that can convert into tomorrow’s solutions.
d)     Hierarchical Structure that differentiates the level of efficiency hurts individual’s growth factor being delivered with utmost responsibility.
e)     Old Fashion screening, recruitment, training & development processes which are unable to address the gap in relation to industry, market, consumer expectations.
f)       Lack of Identifying strength & weakness of People Capital as well as Industries capabilities to define a new era of business base.
g)      Gap in communication & transparency in relation to Professional & Profit Perspectives.
h)     Corrupt/ Mal Practices among Industry Leaders, Managers, Subordinates (Individual/ Collectives) leads to inefficiency in intellectual capital but increases greed & damages Image/Identity.
i)        Unusual/New/Not so Defined RELATIONSHIP exists among Institutions/Organizations between an individual which leads to unhealthy work Culture/environment that defines Society without Security/Self-respect.
j)        Limit to learning's & lack of listening skills from every layers of People in an Organization Structure leads to Disrespect for Professionals which ultimately affects the Identity of an Individual in a structured format.
k)    Improper Motivation/ Encouragement/Appraisal are something which is missing from Top-to- Bottom level hampers, individuals growth & ownership aspects in respect to his/her domain.
l)    Unable to develop a Knowledge based atmosphere where technology connects totality, due to constantly playing the last hole & unable to breakthroughs.
m)    Flattering/ References based approach within the own fraternity, leads to immature work practices which will spoil the moral of high performers, leads to complex career approach in an Institution format from growth aspects point of view.
n)      Not Accountable to People/ Performances/ Profits, only accountable to Pockets/Wallets at the end of the month leads to dependency & non-performances, creates a big questions mark for Organization Sustainability & Cost aspects- in relation to ROI (Return on Investments).
o)      Not so Grounded with Realities to solve some of the Complex issues related on day to day issues of an Organization disturbs solution driven processes.

The above mentioned points are some of the core classified analysis, but there will be many more which are exist in any Institutions/Organization Formats, except some Categorical Ones. Probably, they are part & parcel of an Institution/Organization structure, true, but not necessary. Ultimately, an Institutions needs to design an Informative, Innovative & Inclusive culture which will encompass Individual Identity & secure their aspirations & inspire them to Grow Forth. Today, Time is changing at a faster pace, so Industrialization also, but individual needs to identify their involvement which will have an impact on their Identity -- the solution is Choice- choose & curve your niche.
