Tier-II/III Cities in Totality: A New Enterprising kaleidoscope:

Couple of Months before, during a recent trip to my native place (Tripura) - Agartala after 2.5 years I find huge amount of developments & change in mindsets among the people residing over there. I was impressed when the whole world was going to tough times, Tripura as a state with very limited capital outlook enforcing into Infrastructure, retailing, education, entertainment, health care, industrialization & so called so forth. This gives me a very clear picture of smaller cities/ towns which are unserved or uncatered are in a process of tapping by many new MNCs, which are emerging on their localization & strategical insights for better business value momentum. As we are all are aware that metropolitans are totally saturated with multi-variety formats of business & consumerism, whereas the Tier-II/III cities are just in the process exploring new generation of buying & spending pattern (e.commerce, mobile, Digitilization with Innovative Multi-media formats). Truly, I returned to Hyderabad for some important deliverables on my current involvement. But, days are not that far, for me to think deeply & relocate myself in my hometown, in search of a new enterprising engagement, well not thought about, what will be the model & focus on which sector & whom to cater.  Imagine if things are happening completely new to one state/city, at a faster pace, slowly & gradually the same will be happening in other smaller towns/cities, may be started also.  FDI is huge buzz, followed by Reforms/ Policies on pipelines which will give a new Definition to Enterprises/ Entrepreneurs to explore a completely new segment for career composition. It looks like moving ahead the Metropolitans will be the place where we find huge traffic, competition & consumer engagement becomes crucial so, technology plays a bigger role over there. But, in case of Tier-II/III cities it’s more like a Multimedia formats (Technology & Physical Platform) that will drive the country’s economic growth & employment opportunities in terms of enterprising efficiency. Innovation & Research in business will play a huge impact everywhere inorder to incubate a concept in the market followed by scaling up & continuous change process will drive the sustainability of Business.  So, it’s a good opportunity for professionals who are exploring employment options in metro cities but not satisfied with their growth to take the extra miles in their career & bring in learnings & experiences in smaller cities to venture out completely new initiative & build a foundation for them as well as for the people out there & cater to local tastes/needs. Last but not the least, “Anything Small, is a substance of secrecy, in short term, scores in medium term & sustainable in long term.” Let’s think through, analyze & justify the decisions for making a difference in TIER-II/III Cities, thereby perceived the potentiality over there.
