Act LOCAL, Activate GLOBAL:  Re-polish Thinking:

This is a very general approach wherever we are contributing, be in Employment or in Enterprising, the process of growth are not extremely different or exactly synonymous. It’s a matter of garnishing our thought aspects in this extra terrestrial edge. Most of us actually don’t do that, as we are habituated with comfort structure which we will feel like mission accomplished. But today, time & situations are changing which reflects adaptability driven by constant & opening-up to explore new avenues for employment & enterprising factor, which is the key driver for a friendly economy. India, as a country with diverse culture & mixed economical structure has got tremendous potentiality as compared to foreign counterparts, but where we are lacking in “keeping distance from NEWNESS”, the biggest reason behind that Non-dynamic professionals leading, Old School Process & mentoring us to level in that, as a result of that we are not yardstick to Quality, that’s the biggest drawbacks. Once, we are in Employment, the first thing that strikes us Visiting  abroad for Quick Bucks or may be get  into Creating a Enterprise without Foundation to track the matrimonial list or to track our Individual Brand with so-called “ Entrepreneur” among the Peers. The biggest mistakes  we are doing  is that we are not much attached to OUR own surroundings though it sounds we are, but its not, as a result of this we are raising our expectations backed by short term approaches which reflects in poor performances of Institutions & Individuals. I believe that we have the capacity to become one of the Most Super power driven by Intellect, Information & Institutions, if our basic assignments are nurtured with greater insights & impactful process. Let me ask you all, “ How many SMEs/ SMBs/ or Professionals we find in Global outlook, the answer is very limited number, that too, they all have started in the early part of their Foundation/ Career, but in recent trends, its very less, why so, the thing is We Don’t know us properly? Who we are? What we are trying to do or Whom we are trying to cater? If we find those answers, No challenges can stop us.
 Lastly, I would like to conclude by saying “Basics are the Base of any Broader Foundation” let’s scrutinize it, we will find ourselves with better solution.

If it is so, there are many examples who have created an ICONIC/ Powerful Brand Image based on their contribution to define a world class Organization powered by passions & performance, regardless of their background.
