In general, we all build a career based on their educational backup & experiences over a period of time. Apart from that there are many more quality within ourselves, which probably we have never explored, because of our regular/ routine involvement. In this current context many individuals are facing tough challenges in their employment portfolio, but most of us take those criteria into pessimistic level.  My appeal to all my friends/ fraternity & everybody inspite of taking all those aspects into negativity, consider those as optimistic & move ahead in your career goal with creative dimension outlook. Now, that Technology/ Digitalization, has defined a new pave way for carving something very unique for all of us, which supposed to be the Next biggest revolution & hopefully it will help us to build something for ourselves which we will really own it. There are some of the Global examples Like – “Sir Richard Branson- Virgin Group--- Chairman & CEO”, “Lt. Steve Jobs- Apple Founder”, who has not only translate enterprising into an innovation angle but also demonstrate the Power of Independent/ Individual- which is totally extraordinary. I don’t know what ever iam trying to communicate, it makes sense or not, but I believe & there are many more examples of successful personalities who makes a difference by integrating their hobby/hobbies along with their regular capability & become a Global Leader. The main important thing is that we never re-look ourselves from our own insights, as we all are in Rat Race, to become successful, which is absolutely brilliant. But, there are many more ways to target the same goal if we put a deeper lense to our own likes apart from our day to day process, which will not only take us to Success route , but also towards leadership Role Model. So, Friends try & look for those creative capabilities which are multivariate, within yourselves & start investing on that & make it possible to integrate/collaborate with it for making life/career much more meaningful & sustainable. Every individual possess more or less some hobby/hobbies or creative stuffs within them, all that are very much important from our career composition point of view especially in this uncertain times, as we all are aware that Industry / Market at this point of time are also trying to break through to give consumers a new experience/ exposures. Last but not the least, if we don’t look deeper in ourselves, than Industry/ Market cannot innovate or move faster, ultimately Industry/ Orgnization leads by Individuals/ Collectives.
