Coffees @ Campus: Talk Career:
Most of us are quite
familiar with Cappuccino @ Barista, CCD, Mocha, & now probably in
Starbucks, which is totally an authentic way of preparation & standardized
formats of service. But, my intention over here to put forward a unique kind of
coffee flavour, taste & aroma that
was prepared & served locally, well its Campus Coffee, which rechristened
our Past times/ Memories @ Campus. The idea over here is to reconnect ourselves
to our respected Institutions in a very professional & personalized way
that gives a potential impact to the Individuals (juniors), Managements &
to us also. As the Evolving trends are shaping up with several innovative ideas,
which can further be curved based on practicing consistently & changing
it from time to time. Due to economic downturn, most of the professionals are
totally in a mood of doing something differently, but the thing is that
personal pressures keeps us engaged backed to routine. But, I believe there is nothing like complete
relief or satisfaction for lifetime, “Life is a Mix of Magic”, we need to adapt
ourselves according to that. There is a whole lot of challenges across
institutions in terms of getting proper Internships/ Placements for their
students & also update the curriculum as per the Industry/ market needs
& nurture Research & Development aspects @ the Institute especially
among their faculty strength followed by Redefining the Institution/ Enterprise
Building. Rebuilding relationship with our Institutes gives a widespread
networking which we can optimize further on several factors. Some of the unique
avenues are:
a) Mentorship in learning & Development: (MLD)
Peer to Peer information & knowledge
sharing based on market/ industry outlook relevant to employment & internship
prospects. It leads to boost confidence among the individuals to nurture themselves
as per the corporate expectations.
b) Incubation Lab for Enterprising (ILE):
A format which are meant for individuals who
believes in creating employment for others & explore their ideas with
passion which are promising towards building a robust market/consumer
eco-system that defines their sustainability/ success. Existing Alumni/ Network
base can actually float some – “Venture Capital Fund” – with specific category/segment
focus launch.
c) Research & Communication (RAC).
It’s totally an insightful opportunity for
Alumni to think deeply about emerging sector/segment wise study by engaging
their juniors at a certain cost which will be floated by the Alumni s' Network
as part of Research Fund, & bring out certain publications/reports in relation
to Diversified Industry Verticals or for venturing out something completely new,
which will have a potential impact on the Institutes Brand.
Apart from the above mentioned process, there
are many more constructive options for Engagement, but doing everything in One respected Institutions is
not feasible, as Institutions & their strengths/ weakness varies from one
to another. Even, having unlimited cups of Coffee @ single Campus is also not
fair, because we can’t differenciate the Flavour/Taste/ Aroma- Lets explore as
many Coffees as possible so that we can rate which one is Good & which is
Great.
