Due to Global Economic Downturn the sentiment across Industry
Performances are not so impressive. Markets & Investors are totally at a
stage of intolerance which results from business. Consumer index looks not so
connected in relation to buying & spending pattern because of rupee
depreciation. Organizations are looking forward to define a breakthrough in
their operational capability, change mgmt & talent aspects. As a result of
adaptability towards evolving market & business perspectives, corporate are
looking forward exploring innovative model to invest their resources for future
business sustainability. Overall, job/employment scenario sounds very
challenging with creative, emerging trends which are completely unique &
unlearning. So, it is becoming difficult for Freshers to look for suitable
options across multidimensional portfolios due lack of skill sets in relation
to Open Market requirements, at the same time it gives a different complexity for
Lateral Professionals to search a domain which is close to their existing fit
or probably into new dimensions. The Only answer to that situation is –“we need
to engage ourselves in an experiential & learning network protocol which
will enhance our homework driven approach towards new employment escalation.
Connection or collaboration with several forums/groups/ events/campaigns
relevant to industry/market requirements will address the gap in an individual
growth for better employable & empowering.
Institutions need re-tool themselves with new pedagogy that will answer
the challenges & opportunities for job prospects in relation to their
respected student’s community collectives. Industries have to adapt a new
policy in order to closely work with Institutions in the format of Interns,
Projects assignments, Concept Incubation, etc to update professionals relevant
to time. Professionals have to feel less of dependency but more of deliverables
based on their Independent Intellect which demonstrates decision making that
will add value to Organizations as well as from Career advancement point of
view. Every Individual regardless of their background, educational
qualifications, expertise or contribution has to immerse for better
participation & development as well as listening to every layers of people
in relation to their deliverables/responsibility. The overall current career context is
comprehensive & competitive; addressing those is matter of consistency
& constantly grounding ourselves with real matrix of mobilization. Last but
