The Concept of LIP (Laboratory for Ideation & Participation):

 “Be an Innovator”: 

 

 The Union Budget has already been declared with more focus on Investment, Financial Instruments & Restructuring,  Interest Rates & Inclusive growth, Taxations, Employment & Economic Empowerment with little/ micro level focus this  time on Entrepreneurship/ Start-up space, to consider Corporate Funding /Incubators  on Campus as part of CSR (2% of Profit) aspects. It looks like India, as a country started gearing up for Enterprising Engagement which couple of years before was hardly any discussion around that @ higher level. That’s a good signal from Govt. that inspires my imagination to draft this note & evaluate whether moving ahead in our professional perspectives accepting changes & leveraging with that will encompass a new pave way for sustainable living & livelihood. LIP- laboratory for Ideation & Participation is an integrated accelerator which will empower, engage & evaluate any new idea/concept @ the field level that will have an impact on professional & enterprising outlook point of view, based on a mutually agreed package. Let’s find out what all LIP will deliver:

• Capsule program on Enterprise Development:

 This is to do with basic dose relevant to general mgmt. domain which are core from running/managing an enterprise & build a foundation which are off robust framework driven.

• Incubation & Mentoring Support:

 Completely participatory & practically lead process @ the operation level in relation to the idea/concept exploring certain market /consumer practice for better learning & accept the challenge of converting it into company.

• Tracking performances & status report in relation to the testing:

Continuously update & evaluate day to day immersion & its effects from consumer & market approaches with facts & figures, analyze teams feedbacks based on their encounters with the model/concept & define a solution which is realistically replicable.

• Drafting & Reporting ( Publication Propositions)

       Based on overall involvement, learning & practices, literatures that gives a genuine

       edge for professionals about their contribution & passion which they have explored

       regardless of favorable/not so favorable, but will create a Niche for Personal identity

       for promotion in relation to their work in the format of Journal/ Magazine, which will

       create an atmosphere for audiences to think through where the future is leading.

This is totally a conceptual note which I put forward, but building such type of platforms in a country Like India which is still evolving, gives an enormous amount of Impact Chain Process for choosing careers which are creative & collaborative, with active innovative quotient for decision making.
