Career @ Crossroads: Experience the Niche
One of the major windows for several management or non-management professionals to explore Enship as a career choice now a day. The thing was not similar couple of years before, as everybody discussed about highest salary & try to know more about the person who received that & from which college he/she belong to. But, as the tough times encountered the market, it’s not the same that everybody is looking for, it’s more of creating an options for own that most of us are waiting to see. That’s why, more than dozens of Entrepreneurs from different cities started creating their own venture with support from Venture capital or from their family in different geography across the globe. This gives me a unique outlook of being independent & know the beauty of individualistic perspectives thereby craves a niche for own by carving our own Brand along with venture that we are contributing. Enship, segment/options in itself was not trained/illustrated/ communicated in any educational institutions/colleges in India apart from the Top One, but definitely it will take a niche shape in career composition over a period of time. But if we analyze our educational prospects along with international content our is much more old fashioned, as Internationally every college brings the real foundation of Institutional edge which most of our Indian College forgot thereby leads to poor performances in market reputation. As we move ahead according to time, it will open several new innovative options for career choices in the field of Enship, & even the educational Institutions will also incorporate new pedagogy/curriculum in their existing structure to move along with competitive pace of time. Choose Entrepreneurship as a Career its not for success / failure , but it talks about Own Brand & the Venture along with people whom we have explored & the experience that we have gained for lifetime, which will take us to the next level. Last but not the least, being in this field I feel confident & passionate about what I have contributed & dreamt of growing more & take myself to the next level powered by continuous learning & doing.
