B- Schools @ Breathless Point:

As the Euro-crisis  hitting the market gradually, it becomes very tougher & challenging for professionals to retain their involvement as well as for shifting in other domains, at the same time this creates a havoc in the Industries  to reduce their manpower & gain more output with limited resource, may be some cases things are even in the order of shut-down. Well, for the Business Schools it’s totally a burning challenge to put their buddies in any jobs with any decent/supportive salary. The Analysis here, why B schools are suffering too much of pain as compared to the Industry. The true & honest response to that is nearly 50% of our Management colleges are created based on defining the number of seates they are selling each academic sessions thereby increasing their target sales per annum basis which is basically Business Momentum, that’s ok there is nothing wrong in it after all, “Education is also a sector to Invest”. But, the problem in the name of  Quality education they are creating Fund Temples, lacking in  laying a core foundation for the Institution to nurture in its own way thru Research & Development, Industry Interface, Social & Ethical skills, networking & relationship building, etc. These sorts of Institutions are also lacking in proper academics delivery & design to accelerate their students’ passion for their career growth, due to lack of resource, faculty & many more. It looks like in the coming time a Good Number of Management Colleges will have to put their shutter down thereby using their Infrastructure for other businesses based on their capacity, as they are creating MBAs, “Men but Available---but not---- Men behind Achievements.” It’s the time for students to take a decision in this challenging time to take the ownership of their own , to take a view which directions they want to move ahead independently by their own choice which reflects their success & growth factor. The very Fact was that, the Premiere Institutions Like IIMs,  was not Build in a Day , they stood by Examples, by creating Powerful CEOs, Entrepreneurs, Thinkers , etc  thru their academic orientation skills, participatory approach & strong Industry Interface thru their Alumni Networks. Even, as we also knows it’s not the Institution that defines us, it’s the Individual that matters most by his/her contribution, but in some reflection Institutions does matters to broaden individual’s horizons. Therefore, choosing an Institution for management is something one needs to analytical based on their career decisions clarity. Suggestions for the upcoming Professionals/students/individuals is to  invest  time more into entrances by doing sheer hard work to get into class Institutions for management & even if somebody get a decent job offer accept it & gain experience for some time than look for management or try look for doing something independently & innovatively that will add values to career.
